1043823 - applied, release README should be updated.

some questions/comments:
1104356 - seems worth doing before 2.0, but wanted someone to okay it.
1059794 - I was looking at this one, and got sucked into the seeming 
redundancy of publish.ical.php vs. publish.mozilla.php. After cleaning 
them up, the diff leaves some very minor differences. Anyone know why 
they were split?
1040673 - Seemed like you didn't want to apply this one pre-2.0, so I 
held off.
