[PHPiCalendar-DEV] Re: executable flags

I tried, but CVS wouldn't replace the gif or ics files in the 
repository after I did chmod on my local copy. I used commit, and I did 
a touch on the files.  Any advice on how to do this?  I did change it 
on the .php file, I think.
