[PHPiCalendar-DEV] TimeZones

Hello,

It is likely userA would be in a different timezone than the phpicalendar 
server. If there was a mechanism to set the timezone per user (logged in 
through HTTP BASIC auth) that would work perfectly. Is there a way to do this 
or is this being planned?
