[PHPiCalendar-DEV] All Combined caching

I've built a cache mechanism for All Combined. This is a major time and 
processor saver. Please test it out (change, add, and remove calendars) 
and let me know how much it saves you. My times from from 2.3 seconds 
to 0.4 seconds.
