On another note, is there a reason that the custom goto box isn't in 
2.0, or has it just not been implemented yet?  It seems like a 
necessity, as otherwise you can't easily jump to the default values 
displayed, such as 'Go to today' or '2004'.

Once I figure out this new templating system, hopefully I'll be able to 
make simple changes like this.
