[PHPiCalendar-DEV] bleed_time

Does anyone see a problem with defining $bleed_time as $day_start?  Or 
at least making that the default?  It seems like that way, any event 
that will show up on the next day's calendar does, and other events are 
appropriately displayed only on the first day.
