[PHPiCalendar-DEV] 0.9.3

With 0.9.3, I'm pretty much done with PHP iCalendar. I've enjoyed 
working on the project over the last year with Jared and other 
developers but I simply do not have the time nor patience to see the 
project any further. Anyone interested in taking over the projects 
please contact me. Thanks again to all the developers who helped code 
and test this nice little app.
