[PHPiCalendar-DEV] patch uploaded which implements discussed changes to admin

It's on sourceforge. It now implements:

- ftp support - can use ftp for authentication and file operations
- upload up to 5 files at once
- delete any number of files simultaneously
- made file operations more cross-platform
- removed the javascript confirm option
