I don't know what or when we can contribute, but on of our projects on the
near-horizon is planning on using this. I'm sure we'd be modifying (and
possibly contributing the code, if it's not special-purpose), so I guess
that qualifies as "ever". :-)

Nothing substantive is likely to happen on that front for a couple more
months, though, because of other projects that have to get finished first.
