[PHPiCalendar-DEV] time zones

I don't know why this would be, but I just heard from someone that the
America/Los_Angeles time zone doesn't work.  Replacing it with US/Pacific
fixed it, he said.  I haven't tested it, maybe he just didn't type the
underscore correctly or something.
