Thats a bug in iCal, if you create a TODO, then delete it from iCal, it still exists in the file. I'll probably add an option to display completed TODO's or not, either way they will be clearly marked as such in the list. I told yah I haven't applied the paint yet. ;-) The script should re-parse if the file date on the calendar is different to that of the parsed calendar. Which will happen when you upload a new one.
