[PHPiCalendar-DEV] List view and Search

Now that Jared's gotten search partially started, it looks like it  
would be a nice way to also do List view (or printer view).

Inside the box we can be much more informative to the user, not needing  
popups, like so:

Date: Wednesday, August 4th
Time: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Summary: Film Showing
Description: Garret's Film "The Suprise Party", is playing in Palo Alto.

Date: Wednesday August 4th - Sunday, August 8th
Summary: Flying Home

Each view (day, week, month, year) will have a printer icon in the top  
nav on the left. It will link to the list view page and contain all the  
details above for that view . Day will only list that days events, week  
that weeks events, ect...

We'll also need languages up to speed on this once we've laid out the  
pages.
