[PHPiCalendar-DEV] 0.7 release this weekend

I'm releasing 0.7 this weekend (sooner than later), finish up whatever 
bugs you were working on and let's get this thing shipped, its been two 
weeks since the last release and our adoring fans are waiting. I may 
squeeze one or two more themes in tomorrow, we'll see.
