Unfortunately, you *did* lose me to homework over this last week. It's midterms week here. :( However, I have a 4 day weekend coming up (that I can't wait for) and I plan to use a chunk to work on this. Timezone support will be in 0.7, yes. I'll do my best to make it work. We will have a place for the admin to choose the default timezone of the server, in case it's not hosted nearby.
