Unfortunately, you *did* lose me to homework over this last week. It's 
midterms week here. :(

However, I have a 4 day weekend coming up (that I can't wait for) and I 
plan to use a chunk to work on this.

Timezone support will be in 0.7, yes. I'll do my best to make it work. 
We will have a place for the admin to choose the default timezone of 
the server, in case it's not hosted nearby. This will also help those 
who have their hosting on myical.com and similar sites.
