#257 Provide "Add this event to your calendar" link

Add a link that will create a .ics file for download by the user so that the user can add the event to their local calendar application. I.e. add a link "Add this event to your calendar". Clicking on link would generate a .ics file:

    In 2.31 in cvs, I just added something similar but not identical to what was requested. You can turn on a configuration that adds a "Download event" button to the event popups. Clicking that generates an ics file with just the one event.
