#245 aggregate multiple calendars

One idea could be to select multiple calendars and subscribe to them from an application such as sunbird or iCal.

Let me explain: We have a lot of sales-people at our company. They all have their calendars published on our dav-server, and they are all watchable via phpicalendar. As they are 10 persons it is pretty boring to add them to my own calendar for offline use, so I just want to subscribe to http://server/phpicalendar/aggregated/sales.ics and it should take care of the rest.

The selection of calendars to fit into a group could be made in config.inc.php, just as the other maps.

Outstanding! idea. Subscribe to any combination of groups? or just a pre existing class "sales"?
