#244 multiuser username improvment

Hi!

Great work with the calendar. I've made a small patch to the cal to display which user a calendar belongs to (we have our ics-files named to username-work.ics), so that it strips "-work.ics" and only display the username at the beginning of the entry:

a.k.a.

An event called "Adm meeting today"
would look like "freddej: Adm meeting today".

Easier to see which is what and still have a overview when you are 20+ calendars.
