#229 color-blind accessibility

First thing, praise. Wonderful software. Thank you for
the programming and open source in general. Computer
science with conscience.

Suggestion:

One of the instructors at the college where I work is
completely color-blind, so the colored balls next to
entries on the calendar really mean little to him. We
publicize reservations of our computer labs and other
resources by making a separate calendar for each
resource, but he cannot tell them apart.

How about changing the balls to unique icons or better
the first two or three letters of the calendar name?
Even for the color-sighted, the balls are a little
difficult to understand, because they do not tell you
which calendar it is.
