#228 OTA Synchronisation

It would be nice if there were some way to Synchronise/subscribe to
my published phpiCalendar with SyncMLcompliant mobile devices.
maybe through somehow integrating it with Sync4j or something. i
understand now users can sync it with iCal->iSync->Device, but OTA
would be a nice feature cutting down a step in the process. It could
also be automated.
