Hi Gerry,
now the fix for show/hide controls in google maps in 3rd version api. Additionally some typpos and automatic conversion from spaces to tabs.

T.B.
btw. I dont like very similar code in four places, but I have no time to refactor it now.

The changes will appear in SVN soon.

I have no way to test these changes -- I don't use the googlemap module, and I don't intend to start now.

I had to make one change to individual.php to avoid a warning when the googlemap module is missing.
