Hi Gerry,
I've attached a patch which hides some multimedia elements like "add new multimedia" whes mm's are disabled in gedcom configuration. Now using such links generates "unknown function" errors. Additionally the patch fixes the misconfiguration errors when user tries to configure blocs view. This configuration is stored in the 'blocks' table of the DB as the serialized strings. It should be stored as (empty at the begining) arrays. The patch don't fix all the existing data in the DB (maybe it should be fixed during schema upgrade? ) but change incorrect data during particular configuration by the user.
