#559 Dutch lang updates for 4.2.3

Please find here the updates Dutch languages files up to version 4.2.3.
The help files are not included at this moment.
Those will follow asap.

I was little too fast.
One file within the zip file was replaced (editor.nl).

lang.nl and admin.nl have been updated in the zip file

Changes have been made to some of the Dutch texts, and the variables have been sorted into the same sequence used by the English files. This makes matching English and Dutch texts a little easier.

Please use the new files from now on. Unzip and copy the "languages" folder to your PGV install directory.
