#478 Unattached Individual Report

This is a report that lists individuals that are not attached to a family as a child or a spouse.

With large GEDCOM's the report would crash, so I placed a filter based on the SEX tag. Originally the filter was on the NAME, however with 100's of surnames, it was easier to have a filter on SEX tag.

This is a first round of this report.
