I have finished my coding to aid you in implementing the functionality spoken of in "[ 1908858 ] Cern Meta tags"

This file will most probably go into the includes directory and used in files like "functions_print.php"

Feel free to use the code in PGV :)

Updated the classfile to include proper documentation when used with phpDocumentor, also changed/added a few functions.
Example usage is included :)
