#399 Date and Place Reports

I see Death & Birth reports. I have also personally used Burial and could see someone want Christening. It probably would be good to have, for example, Death and/or Burial as well as Birth and/or Christening.

Rather than creating two reports, my recommendation would be to delete "Birth Date and Place Report" AND "Death Date and Place Report". Then replace it with just a single "Date and Place Report" that has a select list that has "Birth,Christening,Death,Burial" options. I have actually done this within the XML, but this would require more work with cleaning up the languages and menus.

Adding marriage also is a possibility, but would require quite a few other changes.

The file is attached. Obviously, more work would be needed to clean up language files, menus, and I recommend changing the file name, report name, etc.
