#392 PGV Themes Repository

After some early discussions about the value of somwhere that users could go to view new themes in operation, and share themes others had developed, I offerred to try and set something up.
Well, its taken much longer than I hoped, but finally its available for use. Its a basic joomla site, with message forum, theme gallery, and upload/download facility . Its at

I hope everyone finds it, and that it becomes a useful addition to these pages.

I'll monitor it closely, and try and deal with any queries or bugs as quickly as possible.

Looks very nice. In the demo section, changing themes leads to a 404. Refreshing the page fixes the issue.
