#383 punbb 1.2.12 module v4.1 beta 4

Hi
Had problems with forms posting on punbb admin
when updating the display order of forums and cats.
Have attatched the fixed admin_forums.php just replace
and all will work just one line needed fixing.
(only tried ths on punbb 1.2.12 module for v4.1 beta 4)
