The default tab setting is no longer used in version
4.0, insted the last visited tab for each individual is
saved. I've made this an option.

individual_ctrl.php goes in the includes/controllers
directory.

You will need to add the following line to your
land.en.extra.php file (if it exists) or just download
the one here.

Adding a lang.en.extra.php file for those that don't have
one yet.

Just copy to your languages directory.
