Our local/national characters are not quite supported.
I can't ordinarly search for a name containing iso
8859-2 specific characters neither list access to
individuals nor familys is working ... In the index
appears a weird character after clicking on it the
names starting with those specific characters appear
but after clicking on any of these errors appear:

The only way to search for a person is to use soundex.

Instructions:
Replace your current functions_index.php and
famlist.php with the attached files.
