I recently went to my personal phpgedview site to find that all the 
data, theme, css, images, etc. were not being displayed to the front end 
GUI. Upon looking into the server side of things, it seems that all the 
data is there, but nothing is being fed to the front end. Strange. 
Looking through the the files and the code, I can not see why this is 
happening. I have two questions for the list... 1) What do you think 
caused this? 2) how shall I go about reconnecting all the data? 
Upgrading or sticking with the existing version?
