In version 3.3.x you will have to do some editing of the raw GEDCOM to
accomplish this.
1. Go to the record of the child you want to move
2. Click edit raw gedcom record
3. Find the 1 FAMC @F###@ line and replace the old id with the ID of the
family you want that person to be in... for example 1 FAMC @F101@
4. Go to the record for the old family
5. Edit the raw gedcom record
6. Find the 1 CHIL @I###@ line with the ID to the INDI you want to
remove and remove that line from the record
7. Go to the record for the new family
8. Edit the raw gedcom record
9. Add a new 1 CHIL @I###@ line to link the family back to the child
In version 4.0 there is a new change family members option on the family
page which will allow you to do this.
