We're having a great time using phpgedview 4.0beta3. Together with my =
father we are researching the Westerman family at =

Now for my question; how do I upgrade without loosing all the links to =
my multimedia? We have about 300 pictures of familiymembers, all =
uploaded on the website and linked to the individuals and their =
families. When I upgrade to Beta4, and re-import my gedcom, all is well, =
only there are 0 multimedia objects. I see @obj@ tags in the gedcom =
though... And when I dump the pgv_media and pgv_mediamappings tables =
into my new (fresh) database straight from the old database, the =
pictures all apear on with the wrong individuals. (Probably, the people =
in the new database don't have the same indexnumbers in Mysql as in the =
new one...). Does the magic "Add Media Tool" from the FAQ help in this =
case? Where is this tool located?
So, is there any way to upgrade? Or do I have to link the media again =
after each new beta?
