[Phpgedview-talk] Problem installing PhpGedView 4.3

Having just installed the latest version of PhpGedView 4.3 without any
problems and uploaded a GEDCOM which the installer said was valid, I cannot
access the  tree and get the following error: 

Fatal error: Call to a member function getPrimaryChildFamily() on a
non-object in
/home/rmhhcouk/public_html/phpgedview/includes/functions/functions_charts.ph
p on line 663

This GEDCOM was in use previously on an older version of PhpGedView without
any problem.

What could be the problem?

Having installed PhpGedView 4.3 all I can do is reach the Welcome Page at
http://www.rmhh.co.uk/phpgedview/
where it can be seen a GEDCOM has indeed been uploaded but on trying to
select any chart or list function returns an error page.

I have not been permitted to access any of these .php files to see what is
happening.

Can anyone help please?
