Like Rob, I did not re-import my GEDCOM just for this 0.0.1 upgrade
(4.1 to 4.1.1), but if a full-blown GEDCOM re-import is required for a
0.0.1 bump, then please let us know via the readme.txt file because
such minor (numerically) upgrade wouldn't automatically indicate to me
that a database change was bundled.
