[Phpgedview-talk] phpgedview 4.1Beta5 - can not install

I've uploaded version 4.1Beta5 into my Web space
If I call the file "edidconfig.php" my firefox browser present only a
white page and my IE 6.0 browser presents following text: "<meta
name=3D"keywords" content=3D"ancestry, genealogy, pedigree treeCannot =
use
mutex without database"

My provider has installed PHP version 4.3.2

What is the problem and what can I do to start the setup?
