If you are familiar with SVN, then my recommendation would be to use the
main SVN trunk to get the latest beta code, which will eventually become
the latest stable code.  This will allow you to use the latest work,
including the googleMap and research Assistant modules.

Current Releases:
 * Latest Stable Release - 4.0.3
 * Latest Beta Release - 4.1 beta 5
 * Latest Index mode release - 3.3.8

Version Control:
 * CVS main branch - 3.3.9
 * CVS "future" branch - 4.0.4
 * SVN main trunk - 4.1 beta 6
 * SVN phpGedView4.2 branch - 4.2 alpha

Release Schedule: (always subject to change)
 * 4.1 beta 6 - 19 May 2007
 * 4.1 stable - Mid Jun (depending on beta 6 test results)
 * 4.2 beta 1- 31 Aug 2007

Future Version Control:
 * CVS is being deprecated, but will continue to be available for 3.3.x
maintenance
 * SVN trunk will hold the latest stable code
 * SVN branches will hold newest alpha/beta development
