Hi Leonard, There was a bug reported about this problem when using the option to automatically accept changes. The bug was fixed in the latest 4.0.3 version. See the bug report here: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=3Ddetail&atid=3D477079&aid=3D160336= 8&gro up_id=3D55456 You should be able to get everything back from the database doing a download of the gedcom instead of using the backup feature. (Admin->Manage Gedcoms->Download). The backup feature takes the gedcom from the index directory.
