[Phpgedview-talk] Mail Error

I get an error when people try & contact me. I am using PhpGedView 4.0.1. 
My preferred contact method is "Internal mail with email". And my Site 
Administration Configuration is set to "Use simple mail headers in external 
mails Yes". Am I forgetting anything?

I am getting the internal messages but no emails. Below is my error
