[Phpgedview-talk] Has anyone had problems with hackers?

I am getting real tired of my plain html webpage & want to go back to 
PHPGenView but was wondering if anyone has had anymore hackers? It was back 
in early 2006 & I was using an old 3.x version in index mode(?). Will using 
MySQL help keep hackers out? I belive I was hacked with SAMARINDAHACK

Also I don't want to have others trying to request a user account, is there 
a way to keep the login off the main page?

I really like what people have done with the ver 4.x !!!
