Hi,
Just starting out on this web site adventure. Got some server space with
Simply Hosting - Apache v.1.3.34, PHP 4.4.2, MySQL 4.0.27-standard.
Up-loaded PGV-View v3.3. Established connection with SQL database & set
tables. Set administrator ok. However, all over the welcome page is a
selection of the following:

/genealogy/pgv-view33/includes/authentication_mysql.php on line
256/371/375/379/383/387/460/728 (separate entry for each page!)

Appears to be a problem with includes/authentication_mysql.php.
Any help would be appreciated.
