I haven't run into this problem, but you might want to chk your php-script=
 
time (not sure if that the proper term for it).  You might be timing out. =
 
There is a value in your php.ini file that controls how long a php file wi=
ll run.  
I'm sure that someone can clarify this a little bit clearer.
