If you already have a GEDCOM with FILE tags in it that attach the media
items to the people in your GEDCOM file.  Then all you should have to do
is upload and import your GEDCOM and then upload the media files to the
media directory.

directory?  Or should I just edit the gedcom file and change the media=20
directory to what I need or ....
