[Phpgedview-talk] error importing places

i've just completely wiped my database and existing phpGedView and am starting fresh anew with version 3.3.8 (up from 
3.2final)... the problem i am having is related to importing a 12meg gedcom... everything goes fine up to the point of 
importing place records... during the normal import, there are 23053 individuals, 8307 families, 176 sources, and 80 
REPO (??) imported... all these within the alloted 600 seconds... then we click on the "continue importing places" 
button and get the following...

ERROR:-1 DB Error: unknown error
SQL:SELECT * FROM pgv_individuals WHERE i_file='all.ged' ORDER BY i_surname [nativecode=6 ** Error on delete of 
'.\MYe00190' (Errcode: 13)]


Fatal error: Call to undefined function: numrows() in F:\os2httpd\lewisgen\htdocs\phpgedview\includes\functions_db.php 
on line 1061


so what is the problem here? is it due to a problem withmysql not being able to delete the temporary file MYe00190? i've 
increased the memory setting in the config from 32meg to 64meg and the filename has increased from "c" to "e"... perhaps 
more memory is needed to be allocated??? this error pops up within 60 seconds of clicking on the button...
