Import it into PAF or another Genealogy program via gedcoms, merge it, export it into another gedcom, then import into phpgedview. 1000 records are piece of cake for all of them. As you get more data, into the tens of 1000's Phpgedview is way to slow to use as a genealogy program. It takes every operation sec to a couple of minutes, maybe a top of ten, to just find & display info. Len _____ From: php...@li... [mailto:php...@li...] On Behalf Of S.C. Subject: [Phpgedview-talk] Ancestry.com and their "One World Tree" Cheers Is there anyway to integrate or reference the "One World Tree" into PGV? I have been playing on there today. With their 14 day free trial, I have been able to expand my family tree by 6 generations on several branches. I have been able to grab a massive amount of microfiche copies as well as pictures of ships my family immigrated on. My family tree went from 147 individuals largely obtained from living relatives, to 450 individuals obtained from public records and other researches I have met since joining ancestry.com It would be amazing to beable to pull data into PGV directly from the resources at ancestry.com -- ---S.C.
