[Phpgedview-talk] no "upload GEDCOM" option in Admin menu

As far as I can tell, I'm in the only thing that can be called an Admin 
menu. It has "PhpGedView v3.2.2 final - Administration -
Current System Time: " at the top of a table. But the installation 
instructions say there should be an "Upload Gedcom" option, and the closest 
that I see is an "Upload media files" option.
