Yes I have "Contact Support User" set to me & "Support Method" set to 
"internal messaging with emails". I do get emails when they click on "For 
technical support or genealogy questions, please contact Dennis".

Maybe it's my spam filter, I will try setting it to an email address with 
no filter. I know if the "from: & to:" is the same most spam filters will 
delete it. If anyone knows what the "From" is I can manually exclude it 
from the spam filter.

I need to start packing to move, so I might not be online for 1-2 weeks.
