This discussion has come up a few times before and I have put a lot of
thought into it.  The idea of linking PGV installations has a lot of
merit but there are a lot of things that need to be considered before
this can be accomplished, such as caching, privacy, and remote
authentication.

Is there, or have you considered, a mechanism for linking PHPGedView=20
installations when data crosses?  I am a fan of distributed processes

seems like this would be the ultimate project to use it for in terms of
scaling.
