Thanks for your observations. I'm using PSP 9.0, which I've always used in previous versions to create these images from a scanner. All images on my site use this method. However, since I wrote the query, I find other .jpg files created this way also have a problem on the web, but not on the desktop. Older files are OK. Any ideas?
