The 2 files have "&" in their name, and that is a "special character". 
Try renaming them:

D:\GENEALOGY\LEGACY\PICTURES\po_ken&colleague.jpg
D:\GENEALOGY\LEGACY\PICTURES\kat&ken_weddingday.jpg
