Hi guys, First post to this list. I was search for a gen2www browser or something, as this is an area I have never been involved with before. I currently have www.magicfx.co.uk for my new son, and I will be starting a familytree for all my family at www.thehenrys.co.uk :-) My uncle has all this info stored in "Legacy", and he will be sending me a gedcom export, so I can also use "gramps". Unfortunately, my fathers side is recorded by hand, so that is another job. Then I want to launch your excellent looking app for all of them. I was thinking it might be nice to come up with a gedcom schema and maybe code up some access for phpgedview. I think this might be good for like a fast read only server for other apps too, not just websites? Any thoughts? Or is it crazy to go against the standard mysqld?
